All around great guy and brilliant emcee. Doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve, yet shows what is within on stage during live performances. His solo prescence over Ecid instrumentals reminds the listener of what its like to walk into the dirtiest saloon in Tijuana during a gunfight with a Monte-Cristo blunt and a razorblade, or knocking boots with your moms in the backseat after a wild night of tequila and a box of chocolate-covered cherries.
David Mars has more energy than Cinco de Mayo and the Parade of Bulls in the midst of a lyrical fiesta. You bring the chips and he's got the salsa. Hot fire and jalapeños. No cheese.
